Be Well Medical is a primary care practice in Hadley, Massachusetts, led by experienced osteopathic physician Shiva Rastegar, DO, and her friendly staff. Dr. Rastegar is board-certified in internal medicine and trained as an osteopath, with nearly two decades of experience. She earned her medical degree from New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in Old Westbury, New York.
Dr. Rastegar has expertise in treating musculoskeletal pain with osteopathic manual medicine, massage, and other all-natural therapies. She takes an integrative approach to health care, using holistic treatment modalities whenever possible. Dr. Rastegar builds long-lasting, quality relationships with patients to ensure they receive the best care possible.

Our Services
Under the direction of solo practitioner Dr. Shiva Rastegar, Be Well Medical offers a wide variety of services for adults over the age of 18 that include same day sick visits, annual preventive physical exams, integrative medicine, osteopathic manual manipulation, men’s health, women’s health, and referrals to specialists.
Our office uses the Athenahealth electronic medical records system for our patient portal, appointment details, visit notes, encounter summaries, order/referral history, and lab results. For communication purposes, we only use phone calls and text messaging with our office number (413) 239-7111. Please refrain from long, detailed messages if it is more appropriate to call and leave a voicemail. Dr. Rastegar is only available by in-office appointment. We prefer to receive medical records via direct fax at (833) 906-2563, or printed out and mailed/brought to the office on paper. We ask that patients DO NOT send us medical record documents via email or text message for HIPAA/confidentiality reasons.
